Description
The NAVAC NMV1 Micron Vacuum Gauge is built to accurately monitor evacuation depth during HVAC/R service so you can confirm when a system is dry, tight, and ready to charge. Using a Pirani vacuum sensor, the NMV1 precisely measures deep vacuum levels to help verify proper moisture removal, detect leaks, and evaluate vacuum pump performance.
For daily field use, the gauge provides a clear digital display and supports multiple vacuum units including Microns, Pa, mBar and mmHg, so technicians can work in the format they prefer. The NMV1 connects via a standard 1/4″ flare fitting, making it easy to install directly on the system or through an access tee.
To help catch problems early, it includes an audible 90 dB alarm that triggers when vacuum rises above the programmed threshold (and it flashes the backlight during the alarm period), making leaks or moisture boil-off events easier to notice while you’re working. It also includes automatic shutoff behavior when there are no changes over a set time window, helping conserve battery.
