Description
The TEM4B0C60S51SA is a residential grade, 5‑ton (60,000 BTU/h) convertible air handler offered by Trane/American Standard. It features a painted metal cabinet with foil-faced insulation to minimize leakage (≤ 2%) and deliver an R‑4.2 insulating value. The unit supports multi‑position airflow—upflow, downflow, horizontal left/right—making it highly adaptable to diverse home layouts.
It’s equipped with a multi‑speed ECM (electronically commutated) blower motor, offering quieter, energy‑efficient operation and more uniform temperature distribution.
