The Red Devil Foam & Fill® Fire Block Polyurethane Foam Sealant is a specially formulated, self-extinguishing polyurethane foam designed to inhibit the spread of flames and smoke through concealed cavities in residential and non-rated commercial construction. Upon application, this one-component, ready-to-use foam expands rapidly, effectively sealing gaps, cracks, and openings by blocking the free flow of air, smoke, and gases. Once cured, it forms a water- and airtight seal, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

The foam adheres to a variety of substrates, including wood, concrete, brick, glass, metal, PVC, and plastic, making it versatile for use around pipes, electrical outlets, vents, ducts, foundations, and window and door frames. Its minimal shrinkage and high expansion rate ensure durable, long-lasting coverage. Additionally, the cured foam is waterproof, mold-proof, and can be painted after inspection, allowing for seamless integration into various construction projects.

The product is UL® Listed, tested to ASTM E84 and NFPA 286 standards, and evaluated per ICC-ESR-3402, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
