Ameristar 2 Ton Complete AC & Gas Furnace System

The Ameristar 2 Ton Complete AC & Gas Furnace System combines a 24,000 BTU R-454B outdoor condenser, multi-position cased evaporator coil, and 40,000 BTU 80% AFUE gas furnace into a complete residential split-system equipment package.

This system features single-stage cooling and gas heating, with a 14.3 SEER2 outdoor condenser and a constant-torque ECM furnace blower. The included furnace and evaporator coil both feature 14.5-inch cabinet widths, providing a clean indoor equipment match.

The coil uses a 14.5-inch cabinet, matching the width of the included A801X040AM3SD furnace for a clean indoor equipment stack.

Application & Installation

This complete equipment package is designed for residential applications requiring 2 tons of straight-cool air conditioning with gas furnace heating.

Proper equipment sizing should be determined based on the building's cooling and heating load. Installation requires appropriate electrical service, gas supply, venting, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, airflow setup, refrigerant procedures, and system commissioning in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes.

Line set, thermostat, equipment pad, disconnect, drain pan, installation materials, and other accessories are not included unless specifically stated or added separately.
